The best food experience I had in Nepal! The food was delicious and the service was perfect!

We randomly chose pizza at Boudha roadside cafe. The service staff seemed free but just wanted to see the guests with white face. However, we called a waiter to take our order. For water we also had to remind twice.

Let&#39;s have a fresh vegetable shrimp roll first. The outer skin is made of rice, which is chewy and elastic. The inside is rolled with thin rice noodles, fresh seasonal vegetables, fresh shrimp, and Vietnamese oyster sauce and sour vinegar. One bite has the salty and sweet taste of the sea breeze blowing on the beach. Love it.

To fill your stomach, of course, you can&#39;t do without the carbohydrates of rice. Have a vegetable fried tofu with rice. In fact, it doesn&#39;t look like a Chinese stir-fry. Instead, it&#39;s more like a stew. Cauliflower, carrot shreds, tender pumpkin slices, lentils, dried tofu, ginger slices, and garlic are added to it. They are stewed together. When served, they are sprinkled with chopped green onions and decorated with water celery green leaves. A small dish of oyster sauce is provided. When I eat it, I will first dip the tofu in the oyster sauce. The tofu has a chewy texture, like the texture of meat. Haha, the oyster sauce is salty and fresh. After a few pieces, my appetite was completely opened, and I no longer needed oyster sauce. The vegetables in the original thick soup were also extremely delicious. #出國游好地方
