This place is popular and in a great spot right by the river, how could we miss it! But the chef is clearly serious about presenting the food in a relaxed and respectful manner and the service staff did everything they could to make the experience a great experience. Amazing location just over the bridge from the bear pits and on the way up to the old center of town.. Varied menu lots of choices. Excellent service. Shaded terrace. We enjoyed sushi and nice SWISS wine!

I&#39;m going to go, no matter what, I can&#39;t discourage my heart from going all the way to the end after such a long journey. I was so tired that I ate a lot all the way! It&#39;s really not very comfortable! This is a good way to get closer to the goal. I started eating after getting off the train

Good food but a bit pricey
The food was very good, even if it was a bit &#39;gn&uuml;eletlet&#39; in our Swiss German,... meaning after chewing I got enough from it to want to have something else... However, that&#39;s just my personal problem, but the service was great! Will come back to experience it again and try something new :-)

Although this restaurant was close to our hotel, we decided not to eat here because of the reviews. Well, after a few days of heavy food, we wanted to have some healthy salads to replace it. We happened to notice that they sold salads and decided to eat here on our last day. It was literally what the doctor ordered. The salads were amazing and the prices were very reasonable. The service was great and it was a perfect choice for our last day.

Great location
The best thing about this restaurant is the location. It is just outside of Bern and has a great view over the city. We went here on a sunny evening and sat outside. The food was varied and there was a lot to choose from.

We had a great night and enjoyed an unusual dinner. The salmon rolls were influenced by Thai style, which made the food extremely unusual and superb. The handmade pasta with seafood was great and the steaks in the stew were incredibly delicious. We are food-conscious people and we are impressed by the quality of the food. Thank you!

Good food and a pleasant experience
We dined late after a long trip. The food selection was good, well prepared and unique. We were initially seated at the back of the restaurant with a loud party, and when a table became available in a quiet area, the hostess and manager moved us there with little disruption. We did not ask to be moved but we were treated better throughout the evening and were very grateful.
