This newly opened ramen shop is located next to Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills. It is called Kazan, and it got one Michelin star right after it opened. Matsuhisa next door is the supervisor of this ramen shop. I recommend the garlic black sesame oil pork bone noodles. The noodles are straight and thin with a hard texture. I gave them 4 pieces of char siu. The soup may be a bit greasy because of the pork bone and black sesame oil. The salt ramen with truffle clear soup is also good.
