Great meal, great ambiance, reasonable prices - what more could one want? Creative touches on traditional dishes, from succulent pigs trotter to fried monkfish, succulent asparagus and artichokes, and a soft, creamy "French toast" desert. Washed down with well-priced, well-chosen wines! Warm, friendly service, bistrot atmosphere. Basque at its best.

One of the top 10 restaurants that i experienced in my life. Gambas, chipirones, buñuelos de bacalao and the apple tart dessert were incredible. I will be back soon
The menú was very interesting and food delicious. A cozy restaurant with great service and ambiance! One of our best meals in Spain
We had the tasting menu, which we thought was great value given it was a Michelin starred restaurant. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
This wasn't the first time we have eaten last Los Fueros. As usual, the meal was perfect in every way. We chose the full tasting menu which all four of us thought was faultless. Perfectly cooked food, imaginative but not fussy and loyal to Basque Cuisine. The wine list was exceptionally well chosen and included our favourite red wine in the world!! All the staff were a delight. All in all it was a sensational lunch. Thank you Los Fueros
