Guillaume

Guillaume is an excellent place for a romantic evening out. It is small with a very nice atmosphere. The food was delicious with excellent depth to the flavours. We had a delightful evening. We understand why a small restaurant wishes the diner to choose in advance but we had difficulty translating. It worked out fine and if you want an interesting culinary experience this is the place for it.

We had the first night of a new taster menu. You could choose to have between 3 and 6 courses. We opted for4 with a delicious amuse bouche and the house aperitif to start.The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the ambience was relaxed and ideal for a romantic or special meal.

Bring a board game or a book. The food here is exceptional. Delicately balanced, subtle flavors greet you with every bite. The wine pairing could not be better. It is a lovely little place to eat. The wait staff is friendly and cordial. Our four course meal was finished in three hours. There was a forty minute wait before the main course. If we had brought books or a board game, we might have not noticed it so much that there was a seemingly interminable wait for each course. But when each course arrived, it was amazing, and worth the wait, more or less.
