Choose 3 dishes from the menu, a total of 445dkk (all the amount of the main dishes, not the half-portion or small portion of the tasting menu). Before going to Pony, I dragged my friends to eat ramen, so I was not particularly hungry and didn’t want to waste food, so the three dishes I ordered were all appetizers. I chose one appetizer, main dish, and dessert. - Skate wing: The texture of skate wing is quite mysterious. It is seasonal, and there are roasted pumpkin seeds and kale. Overall, it is a refreshing version. - Greenlandic shrimp: The sweetness of Greenlandic Arctic shrimp is really something that makes people fall in love with it immediately. The crunchy radish is cut into long shreds, and paired with pickled seaweed, it is really a refreshing, delicious and appetizing appetizer. However, the shredded radish is puffed up and easy to eat outside the mouth. - celeriac: To be honest, I just throw celery root into the pot to make soup at home.
