A hotel dining room with aspirations. They have a fine, talented chef and just need to decide how upscale the market will support. Pleasant waitstaff, and a mix of hotel residents and the general public.

Small portions, over promised and over priced. Wine particularly expensive (mark up) compared to other (better) establishments in southern Brittany.

The hotel is a very good place to enjoy the best food and food. The room is charming, perfectly careful, with an ambience that invites to relax.The divine dishes were simply divine. The tastes are perfectly balanced, and the associations are both surprising and controlled. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
