Chunfahe Restaurant is like a warm harbor in the streets and alleys. As soon as you enter the store, the strong smell of fireworks hits you. The wooden tables and chairs are neatly arranged, and the warm yellow lights create a warm atmosphere. The signature dish is crispy pork elbow, with golden and crispy skin and tender and juicy meat inside. The fragrance overflows in your mouth after taking a bite. The service is also very considerate. The staff is warm and thoughtful and always responds to needs in time. Whether it is a family dinner or a small gathering with friends, this is an excellent choice for people to enjoy delicious food and a pleasant time.
The Northeastern flavor is authentic. We booked a private room in advance. 10 people spent 452 yuan (including wine). It felt good. We ordered candied sweet potato, large rice noodles, crispy chicken, stewed spare ribs, three fresh vegetables, fried pork intestines, snow bean paste, and sweet and sour pork. Unfortunately, the pot-fried tofu was out of stock.
Chunfahe is a real century-old restaurant. I heard that the boss has changed during this period, but the standard of Northeastern cuisine has always been online, probably because the chef has not changed. The original shabby table and decoration like a state-owned restaurant are no longer seen. Now the store has been renovated, and the aunt-level waiters are gone, replaced by young girls, but the service is still average. However, the dishes are still good, crispy chicken, pot-wrapped pork, large rice noodles, snow-coated bean paste, are all eternal themes. When friends from other places come, they still like this place very much.
Chunfahe Restaurant is a must-eat restaurant in Changchun. It is a food check-in place in Changchun. Chunfahe is a famous century-old restaurant in Changchun. Not only is the sweet and sour pork in pot very authentic, the meat is fried to perfection, the sweet and sour sauce is just right, and the snow-covered bean paste is also very authentic. This restaurant is very crowded, and you have to queue up to eat at mealtime. The crispy chicken is a must-order at every table, and the taste is very similar to the fried chicken in Harbin Laodaowai.
There seem to be many century-old shops in Changchun, but I don't know if they are real or not, but the Chunfahe where we checked in was very much to my and my friends' liking. Although the No. 1 pot-fried pork was a little below expectations, the large pulled skin was amazing. The price-performance ratio was really super high and the happiness was overwhelming.
I was traveling by car and passed by Changchun. I searched for this place to try it. The taste was OK, but the service was really bad. It was the first time I encountered it. When we ordered, we didn't look at the menu and ordered 4 dishes according to the recommendations in the reviews. Then my mother asked us to take a look at the menu and see if we wanted to order another dish. As soon as we looked at it, an auntie who was cleaning the table came and asked us impatiently, "Have you finished reading it? Other tables need to read it. Have you finished ordering? We??? Such a big restaurant only has one menu??? Then the dishes were served very quickly. When we saw that the dishes were served, we politely asked the lady who served the dishes to please serve the rice for us. The other party said impatiently and unhappy, "I don't care about this, you can find someone else... We??? After looking for N waiters for a long time, we finally got 2 bowls of cold rice... Then it took a long time to find a waiter to help heat up a bowl of rice... More details omitted in the middle... We have been very polite and patient and said that this service is a bit speechless...
