Melbourne/Yarra Valley (1) Cold Creek Mountain Winery (Coldstream Hills) was founded by Halliday couple James and Suzanne in 1985. Due to the impact of the economic depression, Lengxishan winery was sold, and James &bull; Halliday (James Halliday) also withdrew from the operation, but still living in the garden house, also continued to play a consultant role in the winery, and had a significant impact on its wine style. Fine dining restaurant, although the portion size is small - but no smaller than other fine dining restaurants. Not very vegetarian friendly but we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Service was good, a bit standoffish at first but became more welcoming during dinner. Wine and sake selection was great.

Wine tasting overlooking the vineyards. Large windows enhance the sense of space. Staff are knowledgeable and attentive. The place has an adjacent restaurant. Other offerings besides the wines are available for purchase.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating a birthday here! The pizzas were delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make our day special.

We&#39;ve been here a few times now and the service and food is always excellent. Great specials board...it&#39;s always really hard to choose.
