FAMILY BISTRO at Carlyle Hotel

The food was delicious as always! We all really enjoyed our meals and the entree buffalo wings were our favourite as usual! Mum loved her pork spareribs and my sister loved the chicken boscioli. They get that every time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful about the new guidelines and the food was delicious my partner and I enjoy our porter house steak and rump my son also enjoy hes mini burger and the salad was beautiful and of course the salt n pepper squid and that tartar sauce mmmm delicious!!!

Awesome food and atmosphere - steak was perfect and that’s not easy to do!!! There was a disturbance in the sports bar but the staff handled it very well. We will be back again very soon.

Lovely meal great service clean and good to see cleanings kept up to date thank you Carlyle hotel you should give your workers a pat on the back for a great job they did and we will will be back

What a very pleasant surprise. Went here for a quiet Saturday lunch catch up. Dining Room ended up being 70 % full! This indicates the locals appreciation of great food at a reasonable price. Service delivery was efficient and respectful. I will return
