It was a good experience to be on the second floor of a winding alley with the whole kitchen (and pigeons) surrounding you. Although they were all small bites, the chef&#39;s seasoning and taste details were quite amazing. Imagine purple potato beef tartare, hazelnut sauce scallops and popped apple duck breast. Of course, the most amazing thing is that as a major production area, the people of Dubrovnik use truffles as if they were free. There are also large pieces of tender fried foie gras buried in the mountains of truffles! Except for the lava chocolate at the end that was too thick and sweet, it was a perfect meal.
