A warm welcome in a lovely setting with a beautiful sea view. A blind meal that allows us to rediscover seasonal products with flavor pairings.

The northern coast of France is rich in mussels, which we call mussels or clams. The small town of Etretat is no exception. Its specialty is mussels cooked in white wine. There is an old restaurant here established in 1851, called &quot;DEUX AUGUSTINS&quot;, which has menus in multiple languages, including Chinese. Opposite it is a restaurant called &quot;brasserie pizzeria&quot;, which may be opened by the same owner and has the same menu, but without Chinese.
