Osteria San Biagio

Enjoyable dinner at Osteria San Biagio. We kicked off with the beef tartare in hazelnut sauce, followed by off-menu tender coratella and tagliolini al tartufo bianchetto (each bite bursting with flavor). My main course was a succulent beef flank in green peppercorn sauce, perfectly cooked. We sipped sparkling water and a glass of excellent local white, expertly recommended by the sommelier.To finish, we shared a creamy Basque cheesecake and a decadent chocolate éclair with strawberries, both divine. The dining room’s elegant, thoughtfully curated décor created an intimate atmosphere, and the service was flawless, warm, knowledgeable, and attentive.

Nice room. Modern ostery in a rustic environment. The narrow but searched menu with accuracy and excellent combinations. The gentle service is perfect with the explanation of the dishes. Discount made . A good level account being also in the centre of Fabriano

I regularly change menus, which allows me, as I live in the area, to go with a good frequency... to say the room is beautiful service and accurate and friendly. Food is excellent. Good.

Restaurant really unexpected! I was here thanks to the application of TheFork with which I had the pleasure of having the 50% discount. But I will certainly return again.High quality food, very gourmet. The dishes are really charming, the wine of excellent cantines and the excellent staff. I tried the language hats and the tartar (in the words of little) and my husband tasted the Pharaoh. To finish we took the tiramisus and eClaire and you can say we've just finished in beauty !! I advise whoever wants to eat well!!
