I have always liked the shrimp here. Every time I come here, I order a large portion. Even though I live nearby, I still order takeout from time to time. I feel very happy. The taste is really good and the price is very reasonable.

We didn't have high hopes for Qian cuisine, but this Tree Kitchen restaurant still amazed us. The spicy chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the soft-fried potatoes were a good combination of fat and lean, spicy and flavorful, and the flame-fried beef was super chewy.

It took me half an hour to walk to the restaurant. Someone recommended it to me. They said it was very local and had a homey feel. The environment outside was not like that. The environment inside was good. I sat down and ordered three dishes, a dessert, and a beer. I found that the dishes in Guizhou were more in quantity and tasted OK.

Guizhou is considered the frontier of the southwest. The local cuisine of Guizhou is also called Qian cuisine. It is mainly spicy like the southwestern region. As the capital of Guizhou Province, Guiyang has many Qian cuisine restaurants, and the most famous one is Shuchu, which has branches in several places in Guiyang. In fact, Huaguoyuan store is closer to the hotel, but the road in Guiyang is not easy to walk. The absolute distance is very close, but you have to go up the mountain and down the slope, so it is far to walk, so I chose to go to this old store in Dashizi. [Location] The restaurant has a good geographical location, just in the Dashizi business district, just a little further in when you see the Novotel Hotel. [Environment] The environment is quite unique. One of them is that it has a single-family space, and the whole small building is theirs. If you see the sign clearly, just go up the stairs. It's a bit like the Sichuan restaurant on the top of the mountain in Guangzhou. When you walk in, the environment is really big, and it is decorated according to their theme - trees. It's like eating in a tree house. There are many wooden decorations and the walls are also in an old style. [Features] Not far from the entrance, you can see a self-service vending machine, which sells Maotai liquor, a specialty of Guizhou, and some local liquor in Guizhou. [Three Fresh Egg Rolls] This dish is the only dish on the recommended menu that is not too spicy, so it is definitely a must-order for me. The taste is still quite good. The outer layer is wrapped with egg skin and some meat on the bottom layer. The soup seeps into the meat and it is delicious. [Spicy Chicken] The spicy chicken here comes in a large plate, warm, with a lot of peppers. If you come up, you have to eat a few more pieces, because as time goes by, it will get spicier and spicier. It is really a must-order recommendation, so exciting. [Spicy Mix] I thought this dish would be more vegetarian, but it turned out to be quite spicy. I didn't finish it because it was too spicy. [Service] The service is just so-so, because the waiters here are not enough, and each area is relatively independent, and the staffing is average. When I arrived in Guiyang, I wanted to eat authentic Guizhou cuisine. I originally wanted to eat Siwawa, but there was no queue at that restaurant, so I had to go to this restaurant. The taste was good, and the special dishes were quite spicy. We went to Huaguoyuan Restaurant, and the environment was also OK. The signature dish, scallion beef, was delicious and the beef was very tender.

Shuchu is a local restaurant in Guiyang, Guizhou that I think is very delicious. The dishes here are spicy, but spicy and fragrant, very unique. There is a feeling that makes people unable to stop, and many people want to eat again after eating. The environment here is also very good, it is worth a try!
