A restaurant by Lake Hallstatt, with both indoor and outdoor dining areas. When the weather is good, you can sit outside and drink coffee. The scenery is pleasant and the location is relatively superior. I thought I must try trout when I came here, so I ordered a so-called dumpling soup, a cod, a beef, and a cup of hot milk. It looked very delicate and beautiful, but it made me cry. I am a foodie, so you can imagine how much this does not suit my taste. Whether it is soup, fish or beef, there is a smell of mutton (fishy smell), and the seasoning is also quite strange. I suggest that friends who are not used to eating local food should not try it easily. This meal wasted 45 euros, and it really gave up after a few bites.

This is a high-end hotel in the town. Legend has it that Princess Sissi once stayed here, so the hotel is of high quality. The fish from Lake Hallstatt is their specialty, which is guaranteed to be fresh every day. There are also various desserts, which are enough to make you drool.

I ordered a bowl of spicy pork bone ramen. I felt that the taste was about the same, and the soup base was quite light. It was still far from the classic Japanese ramen, after all, it was in Europe.
