The blue cheese sauce I ordered is a cheese that has blue mold on it after fermentation. It is a magical food similar to durian or stinky tofu. Blue cheese with steak is also one of my favorites. The medium-rare Australian Black Angus rib-eye steak is 250, 990,000 VND (about 300 RMB). The beef fiber is slightly thicker than the USDA Prime fillet steak, and the taste is also great. It is paired with pepper sauce to form a classic steak flavor. But if you have money, your brother thinks that the USDA Prime fillet steak is better. Since we sat outside and the store was close to the main road, the environment was still a bit noisy. The restaurant has professional service and a good selection of wines. The steak was disappointing though, one side was medium rare and the other was better done. The sides were all good, especially the spinach. The soup and salad were ok, but we came for the steak after all, the price was high and the value for money was poor.
