There are actually Chinese people (they sound like they are from Beijing) who are operating paragliders by themselves. They seem to be a professionally trained team. After one person jumped down successfully, the others were stopped by the cafe staff on the grounds that there is a flight ban here. Without legal documents from the government, all spontaneous extreme sports are prohibited here.
