The second time I came to Langzhong Ancient City, I still chose this restaurant because I couldn't forget the pig intestines. They were spicy and fragrant, without any other taste, and the price was still so affordable.

It is a well-known restaurant in Langzhong, right next to the scenic spot. My favorite dish is the fried dumplings and pig intestines. The pig intestines are well processed in the early stage, without any other taste and the texture is soft and rotten, which goes well with rice.

(Gulang Ancient Flavor) This restaurant can be said to be a well-known one in Langzhong. It has been open for a long time and has a lot of customers. Even at night, when there are few pedestrians on the road outside, it is still lively inside. So if you want to try the three unique dishes of Langyuan, you must go to the most suitable restaurant. After all, for foreign tourists, they only eat two or three meals, so they must eat better. (Three unique dishes) The three unique dishes here are quite good. They retain the sourness of Baoning vinegar and the steamed bun absorbs this acidity. The portion is also special. More than two people can't finish it. (Liangpi and Lettuce) These two dishes are also well-known cuisines in northern Sichuan. Liangpi is actually different from that in Shaanxi. It is the Queen Liangpi here, which tastes spicy, which is unique to Sichuan. (Zhang Fei Beef) Whether Zhang Fei Beef or Huazhen Beef is more representative of Langzhong Beef, it can be said that there is no conclusion yet, but in fact, both are quite delicious. The portion of Zhang Fei Beef here is also good. We both couldn’t finish it, and we packed some back for breakfast. (Environment and Service) The environment and service here are quite good, especially the boss lady who serves here. She is carefree and has a good personality, a typical Sichuan girl's personality. If it is convenient recently, it is clean and tidy, and there are some private rooms. The cost performance is also quite high, and we were given a discount.

When you come to Langzhong, you must try the Langzhong specialty. I ate a bowl before leaving. It was really delicious. I give it a thumbs up. When my classmates ask me about it in the future, I will recommend their restaurant.
