Hosteria de Menàs - Pasta | Burger | Pokè

Although I gave this gem 3 stars for ambiance, I was not looking for a fancy eatery.  We have spent the last week of our vacation sitting for five course meals. We were looking for something low key and found it!  Food, service and staff were great and super friendly!  Surprising relaxing, laid back dinner in Menaggio!

Went there because the restaurant offers vegan options. The caprese vegana and the Pok&eacute; vegana were really tasty. My wife and I really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the view on the lake. A really pleasant moment and the service was great. I recommend

Friendly restaurant with good vegetarian choice as well as burgers.  Adjoining the hostel and on edge of town with view over Menaggio waterfront and port.

Very friendly, international and easy going. Prices are good comparing to general Como restaurants.Very happy  it.

Very good burgers, excellent food quality,  nice view on the lake, good beer and fair prices. Will come back soon.

Service was excellent ! Very interesting menu and excellent food - especially the seabass and red bream. if it wasn&rsquo;t for the live singer a bit loud it would&rsquo;ve been perfect

Went there not expecting to get good sushi in a remote town on lake como, but to our surprise there was a large variety of traditional and fusion sushi and rolls.The food was very fresh and delicious and service was very good.If you find yourself on lake como and are in the mood for sushi, this is the place to go.

What can I say.  The view from this restaurant is unbelievable.  I had made a reservation a long time ahead of our holiday in Como and the restaurant is quite a walk (uphill) out of the town centre so luckily we had a car and parking was very close by.  We were a little early for our reservation but they were very welcoming and  sat us at a table with a perfect view of the lake.  Food was unfussy and delicious.  Service friendly and  attentive without being overbearing.  I would definitely recommend this restaurant for the ambience and view alone.   The food was great too!

When we arrived, the ma&icirc;tre d&rsquo;offered us indoor or outdoor dining due to possible rain showers.  Although we chose indoors of you were still spectacular, and we were allowed to open all the windows area where we sat.   Everyone enjoyed their meals, coffee and dessert.  Would highly recommend for a special occasion The waiters were great, engaging, offering recommendations and ensuring that we&rsquo;re not rushed and could enjoy our meals.

The menu changes everyday and it was some of the best dishes we&rsquo;ve had when visiting Italy. Personal service and you can tell the team puts a lot of work into their food
