Excellent sommelier that proposed the perfect match to enjoy the whole meal experience and everyone with a smile that makes you feel so welcome. Es Ventall is a must done stop every time I go to Ibiza.Great cuisine, traditional Ibizenca with great innovation and execution.I would suggest everyone to book a dinner here.On top of the food quality, atmosphere and service make the experience at Es Ventall unique.
