The food is what you expect on a Spanish island, great tapas and a pretty good paella. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel home!
San Antonio has lots of restaurants with international cuisine and trendy Instagrammable dishes, if this is what you are looking for, then this is not the place for you! This restaurant has delicious, authentic, local food which is cooked to perfection and served with grace and professionalism. We had the prawn carpaccio, carrillada (braised pork cheek), and shoulder of lamb, which were absolutely delicious. The decor was traditional Spanish style with arched windows and beams on the ceiling. There was nice background music and the lighting was not too bright. Our meal of a shared starter, two mains and a nice bottle of rioja was around €75 which I think is great value for the quality of the food and service we received. If we are ever in San Antonio again, we'll be back!
This was just what we were looking for an authentic Spanish restaurant the food and service were perfect ! Will be returning soon.
Great little restaurant that is set back from the main touristy area. Service was prompt and courteous and food was very tasty. The paella was lovely for main course and the pepper prawns are worth a try
Very nice restaurant with a family atmosphere. Excellent service. As a starter I had prawns in a garlic sauce. Could have been a bit more seasoned, but was still very good. Only problem: The serving was way too much. Combined with the grilled pulpo as my main dish, which was super delicious but also massive, I couldn’t eat everything. Which was a pity. But still: Great experience.
