Le Tire-bouchon

In a place where one may expect a tourist trap there is exactly the opposite. You are serviced good quality (and size) dishes of traditional Alsace cuisine and despite being in a very busy place you are in the centre of everything. The building and the location just add to the experience and make it unique.

Everything was tiptop!! A great Alsatian experience in the city centre. Fair prices for the good quality food. Service was professional and friendly. Ambient very typical alsacian.

A warm inviting dining establishment! From the time we sat down this place was warm and friendly! The bone marrow pork cheeks and cordon bleu were perfect. Finishing off with some strudel was the perfect ending g!

The pork knuckle with fried potatoes and pork cheeks were really good. The meat was so soft on the pork knuckle it was falling off from the bone.

We had a delicious 3 course dinner. Our waitress was very pleasant, energetic, and willing to help us in English. The atmosphere was very authentic, food and wine were very good, and additional servers were efficient and friendly.It was a delightful evening.
