We thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to have dinner in an Italian family atmosphere.  The food was terrific as well as the wine. The host had a really great selection of pasta and wine even though it&rsquo;s a small restaurant. Definitely put this restaurant on your list for Lake Maggiore - you will be thrilled with the experience

Food was served quickly and quality ingredients and excellent taste.  Different choices with potential allergens noted on each menu item.

La Rampolina

The restaurant is located in a corner of the island of Mama, with views on the other islands and the Maggiore Lake&#39;s side of the Piemont. It has a terrace room and a closed room, but with open glasses that allow good airing. You can go to the restaurant, even without paying the entrance to the Villa and the botanical garden, because it is outside. You are strongly recommended to book because it is often complete and they only make lunch. Dinner can be booked, in agreement with the holder and with the presence of a huge group of people, but remembering to also organize the trip to the resort as the island closes in the pre-soiral and is no longer served by navigation public. With a variety of kitchens of a quality, a good service and a very kind personal service. Prices, are slightly higher than the average because it is a seasonal and site in a single place, so right. Excellent!
