It is said that Bills was once rated as the best breakfast restaurant in the world by the New York Times. I ordered an Australian full meal and a banana cheese muffin. An Australian full meal includes toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, grilled tomatoes and grilled mushrooms. I especially like the golden and tender scrambled eggs. The muffins are also great. Three big fat muffins are stacked together, the skin is slightly burnt, and the soft and delicate muffins are full of milk flavor.

My colleague from Sydney Branch said that Bills tastes good and needs to be booked in advance. After experiencing it myself, I found it is indeed good. The bread is very crispy and has a wheat aroma. The eggs and sausages are also delicious. The best thing is the pie.

We had a great breakfast here and I have to give a special shout out to the scrambled eggs. It literally redefined my concept of scrambled eggs. Creamy, light and delicious. I joked that it was as soft as an angel's breath. If you are in this street, be sure to stop by Bill Darlinghurst for breakfast or brunch.

I went to "Bills" because of its reputation. The store is not big and the store is full. Fortunately, I waited in line for about ten minutes to get a seat. The decoration of this store is modern and simple, the music is dynamic, the service is warm, and the atmosphere is joyful! For breakfast, I ordered the signature butter scrambled eggs and a cup of iced latte. The scrambled eggs are really good. Next time I come for afternoon tea, I will order the signature hot banana cake.
