Very nie and cosy restaurant Las hamburgeusas not to be missed Salad with pears and blue cheese to the high lights Service very prof and the men very very kind

We arrived shortly after 7pm and got seated right away. Service was topnotch and the quality of the food was great. Not your normal idea of a dinner on vacation but one you won't regret.

Hidden in a back alley not far from the cathedral, the restaurant in this hotel was expensive but each of its offerings was superb. We had a Gilda (small but intense) and croquettas to start, followed by a perfectly cooked à punto Waygu sirloin with roasted potatoes and padròn peppers and a braised beef cheek in a red wine gravy hinting of adobo. Our Ramòn Bilbao Tempranillo was a perfect foil. Sadly, there was no one else in the dining room though our waiter (the person managing the bar in the lobby) worked hard to make us feel welcome.

The service was excellent and the pear salad perfect mix of flavors. the steak was so delicious. Best food we had in Toledo.

Hidden gem. Excellent food. I had the prawn taco which was wonderful. Husband had empanadas which were perfect. Will definitely return. 10 out of 10.
