Shan Yoe Yar is a Shan restaurant. Shan State is the largest state in Myanmar. Shan people&#39;s food may be different from that of Burmese people (or more like our Thai people?). I just think it&#39;s a bit too homely. It&#39;s nothing more than pumpkin puree, mushroom stew, snow vegetable with vermicelli. The fried vegetables are interesting and delicious (fried food can&#39;t be bad...). This restaurant is also opened in a shopping mall operated by Shangri-La. If you eat as much as you can and add a glass of wine, it&#39;s only more than 80 RMB.

Shan Yoe Yar是一家掸邦饭馆。掸邦是缅甸最大的邦，掸人的食物可能与缅族人不太一样（或者更像我们的泰族人？）只是我觉得有点太家常了，无非就是南瓜泥，菌类乱炖，雪菜拌粉丝，有点意思的是炸过的蔬菜，蛮好吃（油炸食物不会不好吃...），这家还开在香格里拉运营的商场里，使劲吃加一杯酒，也就八十多rmb

在缅甸国家博物馆附近，0.4公里左右，环境很好，最主要的是能看到很多当地人，那这样就会觉得菜品特色很好，当然，我们去了之后味道果真不错的。

Luckily we booked in advance it was busy! You can choose between a more traditional afternoon tea (English style) or a local variation with Burmese cuisine. Both were amazing and generous portions.
As it was our New Year we wanted to have a brewed afternoon tea which was arranged from the hotel bar as a la carte only offered us the option of &quot;by the bottle&quot;.
My only disappointment was that the pot of tea was not tea leaves but tea bags. One would think for such a classy place the tea would be of high quality. But anyway: great value for the price!
Highly recommended but best to make a reservation.
