The Yangon Restaurant is located at 1 People's Park Compound, Alhone Road, Dagon Township, Yangon, Yangon (Rangoon) 11181, Myanmar, Yangon Restaurant is underrated. In my opinion, fine dining is all about food, ambience and service. All 3 points from the restaurant are incredible. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the food is incredible and the live guitar/piano music creates a beautiful atmosphere.

We had afternoon tea at the Strand Hotel. I think the atmosphere was the main attraction. The decoration of the restaurant was a bit British. We ordered some food, had a cup of tea, and chatted with friends. It was so cozy. The food was not very delicious, but it was very good in Yangon. I recommend it.

I came here for afternoon tea and ordered an English afternoon tea, which cost 24 dollars. The taste was good, but I can't say it was the best. The environment was very good, the decoration was very beautiful, and it was very quiet, so it was very suitable for chatting and relaxing.

No matter what you order, you will be given a free appetizer bread, which is the best bread I have ever eaten. The business lunch at noon is 22 US dollars for 2 dishes and 28 US dollars for 3 dishes. There is a 10% service charge, and tea is given after the meal. The main dish is very large, so it is not recommended to order too much.
