The only meal I had in Fuyuan, because this restaurant is not far from the hotel. Steamed Aohua fish is recommended. The fresh Aohua fish tastes very delicious after simple steaming, and the meat is delicate. Fried mushrooms are fresh mushrooms on the market. I can see locals going into the mountains to pick mushrooms along the way, so I chose this dish. There should be five different kinds of mushrooms in it. The fire is just right, the mushrooms are fresh and slippery, and the delicious taste of each mushroom is slightly different. The price is also reasonable, and the store is clean and tidy.

I especially recommend their Wusuli River fish, which tastes really delicious. The two of us ordered two fish, one large and one small, one braised and one steamed. We finished them all. It's worth a try.
