I had the 4-course tasting menu. It was great. The chef Damien combined mostly local ingredients in original ways. not only was the plating and presentation superb, each dish had an explosion of flavor that made me wish I had a bowl of it and a big spoon. I&rsquo;ll be back for sure.

The welcome was highly professional including the reception for our dog. The food was excellent (thank you to the Chef). The setting is glamorous. A special thank you to Herv&eacute; for the service and explaining us the materials used for the design of the restaurant. You would be surprised by the historical origin of the floor.

Excellent tartare de Daurade- decent wine, lovely atmosphere.  With the discount the price was correct, without it is a bit too expensive much as many other addresses in Geneva

The Michelin restaurant is on the 28th floor of Hilton hotel at park lane london, restaurant called Galvin at windows, fantastic view from the window, the food is delicious, the point is that I bought a discount coupon online, 29 pounds per person! Including champagne, it&#39;s so refreshing, the service is very good! At the end, the marshmallow melted in my mouth!

Chef Francesca takes it to the next level. Attention to detail is higher than ever, as her understanding of experimental and ancestral techniques. The flavors are frank but exceptionally balanced. Cannot recommend it more. It&rsquo;s a culinary must-do when in Geneve.

We chose this restaurant for our Chinese New Year celebration, it turned out to be a truly memorable experience.. The staff showed us warmth and professionalism, and the New Year menu offered a delightful array of well-balanced choices. Each dish was expertly prepared, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Food was delicious and a good price for Geneva, the place was pretty empty which was sad because I want them to stay open. We tried the tofu salad, black bean beef and Sichuan chicken, and I&#39;m dying to go back already. Was so so good and the heat hit just right. Super flavorful and very nice staff. Definitely hope they get more business, especially considering how close they are to the train station!
