These are mangrove crabs... they are different from the others! Eating this is a cultural experience. There are wash basins and they provide bibs. Best eaten simply cooked, they come with boiled sweet plantains (maduro). To avoid getting sick, stay away from sauces and salads. I ordered the claws. They are bigger and more prone to cracking. Pilsner is their local beer and it is very good.
