Compared with the heavy oil and spicy traditional Sichuan hot pot, Thai hot pot is relatively healthy and not so greasy, so it has certain characteristics in terms of taste and ingredients. Especially the bottom of the pot, the milky white pot of crucian carp soup ripples slightly, which immediately adds color and fragrance to the crucian carp soup from the visual and olfactory senses. The two seasoning bags are put into the pot in turn, the secret Tom Yum Goong is melted, and the fresh coconut juice is finished, with a rich fragrance. I heard that people were queuing for seats at around 4pm. Today, my friends and I made an appointment to visit the store together. It really lived up to its reputation. We arrived at around 5pm. There were already many people in the store. Fortunately, there was a seat. We ordered a 298 yuan three-person set meal, which included fresh shrimp, abalone side dishes, etc. It was fresh and delicious. Desserts, seafood fried rice, drinks, etc. can be ordered at will. The base of the pot is ordered separately. I asked for a non-spicy crucian carp seafood base. The soup was very fresh and sweet. The waiter was very enthusiastic and the food was served quickly. The pumpkin porridge baby liked it very much. The nut biscuits were very fragrant. Overall, the taste was good. When we came out, there were quite a lot of people waiting for seats at the door. This is the most popular food store in the entire Huanyu City.
