At night, the lights were on and the street of Anjilang Sausage was already filled with a faint smell. After entering the abalone shop, I didn&#39;t smell the stench for a long time. Gourmets still flocked to it. It happened to be Saturday. I was the only one there. I was rejected by two sausage shops. I was unhappy. Later, I found a small round stove shop next to it. Two aunts welcomed me to sit down politely. I didn&#39;t understand Korean and couldn&#39;t communicate. In the end, I ordered one pork belly and one large intestine. The aunt grilled it next to it first. After it was half cooked, she brought the round stove to the table. Corn salad, fried silkworm pupae (you read it right), lettuce, sesame leaves, hot sauce, garlic, chili, pickled radish, pickled cabbage, onion, filled the table, and patiently waited for the pork belly to arrive. While flipping it, the baked egg also arrived. Wrapped with garlic slices and roasted golden pork belly, it was really delicious. The large intestine was chewy and crispy, and it was also very delicious.
