You will be given good advice on the choice of meat by the owner who speaks very good English. Then go to the restaurant and you will get some vegetables etc and then the meat is grilled. The atmosphere of the restaurant is authentic Korean, a little quirky and special! If you need extra vegetables, you can help yourself. Had a great time and loved everything we did!
