This is a restaurant opposite the ticket office of Bayinbuluke Scenic Area. The main dish is hand-pulled meat. The mutton is tender and delicious, and just dipping it in a dry sauce is enough. A pound of meat was quickly devoured, and I really wanted to eat more.

It was already past three in the afternoon when we arrived at the restaurant. Six of us ordered pilaf and fried noodles. The pilaf was ready and served quickly, while the noodles were served slowly. The price of the mutton skewers was not cheap, six yuan a skewer, but they were grilled well. There were naan sold at the front desk, so we could buy a few to eat on the way. Overall, it was not bad and worth the visit.

During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, the leader led the tribe on the road to the east and returned after hardships. Since then, the Torgut Tribe has settled in several grasslands such as Bayinbuluke.

🛏️Accommodation:
We stayed in an original ecological yurt, which is about 30 square meters in size and spacious. It is equipped with star-level standards and is fully equipped.
In addition to the yurt, you can also choose to live in a folk villa.

🐑Food:
In the evening, while enjoying the singing and dancing performances, you can enjoy a sumptuous folk feast. The atmosphere is great. Hand-pulled lamb, spicy yak bones, big plate chicken, and red willow lamb skewers are much more authentic than usual. It&rsquo;s so refreshing to eat meat in big mouthfuls!
There are also mellow and fragrant milk wine and milk tea, and Xinjiang specialty kava. In my opinion, barbecue is the soul of Xinjiang cuisine, and kawas is the soul mate of barbecue🍹

1⃣️Real-life drama:
The performance of &quot;Return to the East&middot;Impression&quot; is divided into two parts, namely the outdoor grassland real-life performance with the theme of &quot;Going Home&quot;, and the indoor performance of &quot;Hometown of Torghut&quot; in the cultural village performance hall.
2⃣️Bonfire Party:
The grassland at night is burning with a bonfire, accompanied by the melodious sound of horse-head fiddle, everyone sings toast songs and dances freely, adding infinite brilliance and reverie to the night of the grassland.

I ate the wild garlic seedlings picked by the boss himself, and the roast lamb chops were crunchy, not bad.
