delicious and yummy foods thanks g order now or book thankyou fave a bless Sunday.Ang I promise the money thankyou ❤️❤️
A friend made a reservation for this A-Yi Seaview Restaurant in advance. The best seat is this corner table with a 180-degree unbeatable sea view! The view is really great, but you have to make a reservation in advance. A-Yi is famous for its abalone, which is a must-order. The braised oxtail with red wine is also good, and I also like the almond tea for dessert.
Abalone crisps: The initiator of this meal, it is really delicious, the abalone is chewy and the sauce is mellow, the most amazing thing is that the crispy skin is so well made, with layers and milky flavor, but not greasy at all~
A-Yi is famous for its abalone. I ordered the Australian product. It was not sweet, but the taste was OK. The conch soup tasted good but the portion was too small. The salad was fresh and the seasoning was not too salty. The Spanish ham was salty and should be paired with sweet melon. If you eat it directly, you should drink wine. The fried rice was good. The stuffed crab shell had a lot of onions and crab meat, which was fragrant. The dessert, caramel custard, was just right.
I've been there twice, once for a friend's dinner and once for my parents. At that time, there was no new custom of using the phone to disinfect and post on WeChat Moments after the dishes were served. It was also after eating here that I learned that abalone is cooked with the head pressed. I spent half a month's money in exchange for my mother's evaluation that the abalone was okay and the shark fin was more colorful than our vermicelli. I was sweating. However, I was impressed by the view of his restaurant. With the bright lights of Victoria Harbour, everything I ate was delicious. Another thing is his service. Even when many Hong Kong restaurants were not very friendly to mainland customers, his service was really amazing.
Today, I tried the Michelin one-star restaurant "Ayi Abalone" Seaview Restaurant, located on the 29th floor of the International Plaza. The unbeatable sea view is worth praising, and it is very good during the day and at night! You must try their special abalone when you come to Ayi, so I ordered a South African abalone set meal and a bottle of Chardonnay. The freshness of the abalone juice is really displayed in Ayi. After eating the abalone, I really want to order a bowl of white rice to eat the juice. In addition, the red wine oxtail is also quite distinctive. The whole oxtail is made very crispy, which is very good! The service here is also very considerate, give it a thumbs up! In addition to these main dishes, there are not many surprises in other dishes, so overall I give it four stars!
It's a big restaurant with not many people. The food tastes good and the consumption is not low. This is a dinner set menu, priced at 658. After the meal, the bill was over 730. This is how it is in Hong Kong, and a 10[%] or 15[%] service charge is added.
