Since its opening in September 1963, the hotel has maintained its traditional British design. Many of the hotel's restaurants, such as Mandarin Steakhouse, Mandarin Restaurant, Cafe Causette, Clipper Lounge, Thousand Days Bar, Captain's Bar, Mandarin Cake Shop, etc., are well-known restaurants that are familiar to everyone.

Mandarin Steakhouse + Bar is a western restaurant and a bar. This restaurant is located in the Mandarin Hotel in Hong Kong. The dining environment can really be called first-class and it is a particularly pleasant dining environment.

Five-star service, quiet environment, not a traditional hotel steakhouse, the appetizers are better than the main dishes, the appetizers are very delicate, the portion is not too big, you can order more to share. I think the quality of the steak is not the highest, I prefer the InterContinental Hotel's steakhouse. But the environment here is quieter and more suitable for gatherings or dates.

Hong Kong has no shortage of fancy restaurants, and no shortage of diners flocking to eat there. Now more and more people are willing to spend money on food, even poor people like me have joined in! Every time I come back, I have to chew on the bark. The steak looks small but is actually very thick, and you can be full after eating other appetizers. The fish fillet is really small.

We went back to the hotel and went to Mandarin Bakery to get a famous cheesecake and one of the best freshly made jams in the world, and deeply felt the romance of this city - such a perfect fusion of the East and the West is why I never get tired of coming here! Hahahaha

The steakhouse at Cultural Oriental is very good. The steaks and oysters are super fresh, and the bread is made that morning. The steakhouse is a top-notch hotel restaurant, so the food they produce is naturally different.
