Located on the basement floor of the Venus Building, this Yongfu restaurant is really worth recommending. It serves Ningbo seafood, or to be more precise, it is Xiangshan delicacy. The seafood cooking techniques of this restaurant are indeed superb.
I recommend the wild fresh yellow croaker from the East China Sea, which is really sweet, tender and delicious. The clams are still plump, but too full and a bit like the creamy taste of oysters, lacking the crisp taste. The most surprising thing is the unremarkable dish of fried shrimp with fresh lotus seeds. Usually you get fresh Xiang lotus, which is crisp and delicious, subverting the taste of eating lotus seeds.
Yongfu is a Michelin one-star restaurant featuring Zhoushan seafood. From the environment, service, and wonderful interpretation of the profound Chinese style, it redefines the standard and quality of high-end Ningbo cuisine! Ningbo cuisine, also known as "Yongbang cuisine", is proficient in cooking small seafood from the East China Sea. The taste is salty and fresh, and at the same time it has a bit of childhood taste! Seafood has a unique flavor of "freshness". As Hong Kong One of the canteens for mainland tycoons is really expensive It's twice as expensive as Shanghai. At least I ate it twice. 14-16 people all cost more than 50,000 yuan. The key is that there is no hard dish, just ordinary dishes. Is it delicious? #Eat a seafood feast. What's wrong with crayfish? Let me talk about it. After eating it twice, I would like to call this Huadiao iced crayfish the best in Hong Kong. But one Ningbo cuisine is the best crayfish. Is it a bit unreasonable? The signature Eighteen Cuts taste the same as in China. I personally prefer Chaoshan Thailand's raw marinated #Special food #Travel food #Food tour
