There is a restaurant called Xia Noodle House on the third floor of Lok Fu Plaza. The prices in this restaurant are not very expensive. We ordered the signature dish, Braised Pork in Brown Sauce, which is ranked top one. The portion is so big that it is enough for five or six people to share.
I made Shanghai-style vegetable and shredded pork noodles. I remember that Shanghai dim sum restaurants all sold this kind of noodles when I was a child, but it is rare now. The noodles must be thick, and the crystal meat inside is also very delicious.
The most surprising thing of the night was the tang tang noodles, which were very fragrant with peanuts. I chose the little spicy just right. Plus the restaurant environment is very neat and clean, will definitely come back! 😙
