Tipsy is hidden on 2nd level in a boutique hotel at Tai Hang. The restaurant design is like an open kitchen of your friend’s home. Besides service, wine list and environment, the food quality is absolutely amazing and very creative. We have an enjoyable evening there. Highly recommend this restaurant, and for sure we will be back!!
