El Macho serves Mexican food: Mexican cheese pies, nachos, slow-roasted pulled pork, etc. Children&#39;s meals (small bites) are also available here, with slightly smaller portions. The Chairman Restaurant in the Daban Building. You have to queue up to make a reservation, and it feels like buying a single horse when you are in line. Although it was raining heavily that day, there were still people who were diligent in delivering beef jerky, and they delivered a full Jiurufang, but it did not dampen everyone&#39;s interest at all. From appetizers to desserts, they are all of excellent standards. I look forward to coming again next time!

My experience at Wing was exceptional, characterized by exceptional service and exquisite cuisine. The food skillfully balanced classic traditions with innovative techniques, creating an unforgettable meal that I eagerly anticipate returning. The food was meticulously prepared, and the tasting menu left us feeling very full. The chicken was an outstanding dish, worthy of its reputation, and the clay pot rice was a favorite.

2026 China 100 - Fine Dining 

I recommend the six-course vegetarian lunch ($1180), which includes tea. Chef Vicky skillfully combines fruits and vegetables with French cooking techniques, taking vegetarian food to another level. I admire her. The vegetarian menu combines Chinese and Western elements, and uses a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, such as fried taro with black truffle, French preserved egg puree, smoked baby cabbage, fried maitake mushrooms, nine-year-old sweet lily with bamboo fungus and Japanese turnip, white asparagus, tomato with yuba, braised hericium erinaceus, etc. The taste and presentation are all pleasant surprises.
