Wong Tai Sin Temple, located on the southern side of Lion Rock in the north of Kowloon, is one of the many famous temples in Hong Kong. A devout ensemble of halls, shrines, pavilions, and altars, this bustling temple is a destination for all walks of Hong Kong society, from pensioners and business people to parents and young professionals. Fortune tellers occupy dozens of tiny booths in an arcade to the southeast of the main complex. Set behind the temple are the Good Wish Gardens, with decorative pavilions, bridges, and carp pools. Wong Tai Sin Temple is one of Hong Kong's busiest and most interesting temples.
