I just arrived at the Ancient Commercial City today. The storefront is very upscale. I ordered 4 dishes. The waitress strongly asked us to reduce one dish. At night, I had dinner in the only restaurant in the ancient commercial city. Walk in from the gate of the scenic spot, go straight to the right at the first intersection, and you will see a place similar to Longmen Inn with a flag hanging at the door. That's the restaurant. The first floor of the restaurant is the hall, with scattered tables, and the decoration looks like a canteen. The second floor is the private room, and the large and small private rooms are suitable for groups of different numbers. I want to say that the dishes here are very large, and the ingredients are really sufficient. Each dish is a large portion, which makes you love and hate it. What you love is that it is too cost-effective. For the same price, you get so much food. Usually no one complains about the large portion, but only complains about the small portion. What you hate is that the portion is too much, you can't eat a few different dishes, or you order too much and waste it, which is a pity. The food tastes very good. They are all Hunan style dishes, mainly spicy, but there are also non-spicy dishes. If you have special requirements, you can put them forward when ordering. The waiters are very good and they can basically meet the requirements of the guests. The dishes are served very quickly and the table is full in a short time. The blood-braised duck is a specialty. I ate a few pieces of duck and it didn't feel too spicy. It was acceptable. The most important thing is that the duck is very fresh and has no smell. It is meat and there are no bones. The preserved egg and green vegetables in soup are considered Cantonese dishes, but the soup is quite strong and the green vegetables have absorbed the soup and become very tasty. This restaurant is worth recommending.
