The sauerkraut soup base is really a feature, sour and refreshing, and after eating the dumplings, I didn’t forget to finish the sauerkraut and soup. [Sauerkraut noodles] 11 yuan 2 taels, 14 yuan 3 taels I specifically asked not to have soup, but to eat dry sauerkraut noodles. Although the boss didn’t quite understand my request, the dry noodles he served were really good. The pickled cabbage and pork shreds are the same as the sour soup dumplings, the taste is authentic and very tasty! The sour soup dumplings are the most famous. I see many customers just order a certain amount of dumplings, a big bowl, and eat them enthusiastically. It's satisfying just to watch. The business in the store is really good. The staff has been sitting in the back kitchen making dumplings, and they are busy all the time. They use a pressure cooker to cook dumplings here, so you need to wait a while after ordering before you can eat them, which is a bit slow.
