I was so busy shopping for a few days that I didn't have a proper meal. The only decent steak I had was from a top ten steakhouse I found in the hotel magazine, Vic Anthony's steakhouse. The oysters and fillet steak were both good. I finally got a tender medium-rare steak. The food in Beijing is always overcooked. The only drawback was that the steak was so poorly presented!
