I found a restaurant in the county town online. The portions were large and the special dishes I ordered tasted good. They are more suitable for northerners. The owner was very friendly and gave me some local special snacks. Not bad, worth recommending.

In the central area of Hunyuan County, Shanxi, a few kilometers away from Hengshan and Hanging Temple scenic spots. The road at the entrance has just been repaired, and the sidewalk has not been completed. You can park on the side of the road. The decoration inside is OK, and there are several specialties. Caijia Kung Fu fish is a home-cooked salmon, which is okay. Mom covered the fat of the meat, the skinny is not wood, the sauce is strong, the first mouth is fragrant, but it is a bit tired to eat a few more mouths. Hunyuan jelly is delicious, the broad beans inside are crispy

After visiting Hengshan, we checked into Hunyuan County. Caijia Restaurant is a very famous restaurant in the town. We went there because of its reputation and found that it was cheap, good quality, large quantity and not expensive. The whole environment is antique

Every time I go to Hunyuan, I always have a bowl of jelly at the Little Wife&rsquo;s Shop. It&rsquo;s the same jelly, but the Little Wife&rsquo;s Shop is totally different. There are many diners every time I go there, and there are very few empty seats, including the time I went there at 2:30 pm. The jelly is smooth and delicate; the dried tofu is salty and chewy; the broad beans are crispy and fragrant; plus the red of chili, the green of chives, the taste of coriander, and the aroma of aged vinegar, it always leaves people wanting more.
