The first meal in Enshi was at Tan&#39;s Restaurant next to the Earth&#39;s Heart Valley. The farmhouse dishes featuring selenium-rich foods made us believe that we were eating natural nutrition. The kang potatoes were the most amazing dish on the table. They didn&#39;t look very special, but everyone was pleasantly surprised after taking a bite. The texture was quite good, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, not dry but spicy. People with bigger mouths can even eat one in one bite. It was both a dish and a staple food, and instantly killed the largest stewed chicken next to it.

[Environment] Clean, sanitary, and beautiful flowers.
[Taste] Fresh ingredients, there is a vegetable garden outside the restaurant, with many varieties of vegetables. I ordered a few Enshi home-cooked dishes, which are more suitable for my taste.
[Service] The service is warm and meticulous.

We went there at 3 o&#39;clock after playing in the Earth&#39;s Core Valley. There were not many people and the environment was good. The local specialty big iron pot stew, wheat baba, and tiger skin green pepper were all good. But it was not good that they could not issue invoices and there was no discount.

The potato is the most amazing one of the whole table dishes. The appearance is not very special, but everyone shows a surprise after taking a bite. The tender taste of the outer and inner oysters is quite good, no water but not dry, spicy and delicious. The bigger mouth can even take a bite. It is also a staple food, and it instantly kills the largest stewed chicken.

We went to the Heart of the Earth at three o&#39;clock after playing, there were not many people, the environment was good, the local specialty iron pot stew, wheat dumplings, tiger skin green peppers were good. It is not good to not be invoiced, and there is no discount.

The potatoes are very nice, small and delicate.
