The first meal in Enshi was at Tan's Restaurant next to the Earth's Heart Valley. The farmhouse dishes featuring selenium-rich foods made us believe that we were eating natural nutrition. The kang potatoes were the most amazing dish on the table. They didn't look very special, but everyone was pleasantly surprised after taking a bite. The texture was quite good, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, not dry but spicy. People with bigger mouths can even eat one in one bite. It was both a dish and a staple food, and instantly killed the largest stewed chicken next to it.

Now I think of the rice wine and Qingjiang silver carp, which makes me drool. It is really good. The key is that the boss is very enthusiastic.

The restaurant is located next to the Shimen River Scenic Area. The house is very grand and the antique architecture is very beautiful and distinctive. The chairs in the restaurant are very distinctive, small wooden stools, and very comfortable to sit on. The dishes are very comfortable and we ate them all.

Just next to the ticket office of Shimenhe Scenic Area in the Heart of the Earth Valley, very authentic farmhouse dishes. Qingjiang 𫚔 fish has no fishy smell at all.
