We chose to stop in Jiayin because it is a transit station for resting on the way from Beiji Village to Fuyuan. Due to the recommendation of the hotel owner, we chose Suiyuan Restaurant as our first meal after arriving here. The hotel owner said that this is an old restaurant and his family would go there to eat, so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant is not big, with four private rooms and a scattered table. During the chat, we learned that the restaurant has been open for 21 years. We didn’t see any waiters. All the services were actually included by a family of three. The chef is the boss himself. All the dishes ordered are the specialty dishes recommended by the boss’s wife. When you come to the Heilongjiang River, you must eat river fish. The boss and the boss’s wife are very enthusiastic and confident. They even brought the fish to us and taught us how to distinguish the freshness of the fish. I was very happy after eating a meal. The dishes were large, tasted great, and were economical. So we ate at Suiyuan for two consecutive days, proving our love and recognition of their restaurant with practical actions. I hope the business of the restaurant will be prosperous and I hope I will have the opportunity to visit again in the future.
