We checked into the hotel at 6pm on August 8th. The hotel is very comfortable and beautiful! The friendly service of each staff member made us feel at home! We especially want to say that when the earthquake came at 9:19, the Hilton staff showed a high sense of responsibility for work, which was well-trained and responsible: evacuating the hotel tourists to a safe area in a very short time, calming the tourists, distributing duvets, warm blankets, hot water, food, etc.! The hotel staff patrolled all night, and the tourists were relatively quiet and orderly in this environment! On the morning of August 9th, when the aftershocks were not so intensive, the tourists were organized to go back to the hotel in batches, orderly and recorded, and each guest went back to the room to pick up the gifts accompanied by a hotel employee; at the same time, porridge and eggs were distributed to all the tourists present (including many guests who were not staying in the hotel)! At noon, noodles with meat and vegetables were distributed to the tourists! It is precisely because of the hotel's efficiency and high quality that the panicked tourists gradually calmed down, and there were no major casualties in the entire hotel, and the evacuation was also very orderly! The breakfast restaurant tastes good, because there is everything, Japanese, Chinese, Western food, bread varieties are quite complete, now the epidemic can still guarantee this level is not easy 👍 Restaurant Xiaoman, high standard service is impressive, not only sent me fresh pork pies but also helped us pack bread to take to the scenic spot, warm and thoughtful, thank you for your service 👍
