I didn&#39;t experience Xinjiang cuisine much along the way, and the food I ate in Urumqi was just okay... But here! I really got Xinjiang food!

❗️Strong recommendation-baked buns: It&#39;s very different from what I ate in Urumqi! I almost cried after taking the first bite! The beef and mutton stuffing, the skin is super crispy, the skin is thin and the stuffing is large, and the onion is the finishing touch. Woo woo woo, delicious!

Dessert: The yogurt is not the sour one I ate before, it&#39;s thick and stringy, and it has an endless aftertaste; the sweet jelly paste was sold out that day 😭 so I didn&#39;t eat it; I ate walnut cake, which was average but not disappointing, with a lot of walnuts.
